All ticket purchases are final. Tickets are strictly non refundable and non exchangeable once purchased.

Package collection: All package items must be collected at the event venue on the event day. Uncollected items will not be mailed or delivered unless otherwise stated.

Product availability: All Franklin C45 paddles and package items are subject to stock availability. Franklin Pickleball Malaysia reserves the right to limit quantities or substitute unavailable items with an item of equivalent or similar value where necessary.

No guaranteed colour or variant: Paddle colours, specifications or variants are subject to availability unless specifically confirmed at the time of purchase.

• All ticket purchases are final. Once a ticket has been purchased, it is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Collection: Package items must be collected at the venue on the day of the event
• All Franklin C45 paddles are sold subject to availability. Franklin Pickleball Malaysia reserves the right to substitute, limit, or cancel orders if stock is unavailable.

Event Cancellation or Postponement

• If the event is cancelled by the organizer, ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.
• If the event is rescheduled, all purchased tickets will remain valid for the new date.
• The event organizer reserves the right to modify the event schedule, program, or lineup without prior notice if necessary.
