Terms & Conditions

• All registrations are final, non refundable and non exchangeable.
• Slots are limited and confirmed on a first come, first served basis
• Participants must check in on time. Late arrivals may miss part of the session.
• Groupings, court rotations and activities may be adjusted by Franklin Pickleball Malaysia where necessary.
• Appropriate sportswear and court shoes are required.
• No photos and autographs allowed with Anna Leigh Waters during game time is allowed 
• Photography and filming may take place during the clinic for event and promotional use.
• Participants are responsible for their own belongings and equipment.
• Franklin Pickleball Malaysia reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the clinic schedule or format where necessary.

• All ticket purchases are final. Once a ticket has been purchased, it is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Collection: Package items must be collected at the venue on the day of the event
• All Franklin C45 paddles are sold subject to availability. Franklin Pickleball Malaysia reserves the right to substitute, limit, or cancel orders if stock is unavailable.

Event Cancellation or Postponement

• If the event is cancelled by the organizer, ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.
• If the event is rescheduled, all purchased tickets will remain valid for the new date.
• The event organizer reserves the right to modify the event schedule, program, or lineup without prior notice if necessary.
